Refund Policy
Effective date: June 6, 2026
1. Virtual currency Sparks
Sparks are a digital good. After purchase, unused Sparks are not refundable as cash. Used Sparks (spent on generation or features) are non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
A subscription grants access to a monthly Sparks allowance and premium features for the paid period. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds for the unused portion of the period are not provided, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
3. Exceptions
If funds were charged in error or the service was not delivered through our fault (for example, a video failed to generate due to a technical issue and the Sparks were not automatically refunded), please contact us and we will review a refund or re-credit of Sparks.
4. Automatic refund on failure
If video generation fails for a technical reason, the spent Sparks are automatically refunded to your balance.
