Terms of Use

1. General

By using the PaperWorld3D service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

PaperWorld3D lets you download coloring sheets, color them, photograph the result, turn photos into coloring pages, stylized pictures, printable story books and short animated videos using artificial-intelligence technologies, and order merch printed with your design.

3. Age and registration

The content of the Service is made for children, but the account is for adults: only a person 18 years of age or older may register and manage an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18. A child uses the Service through the adult's account and under that adult's supervision; children cannot create their own account.

The parent or legal guardian decides what is uploaded, is responsible for the child's use of the Service and for the materials uploaded, and gives any consent required on the child's behalf. A child's materials are processed only to produce what was requested — never for advertising, profiling or AI model training. See the Privacy Policy for details and for how to delete everything.

4. Virtual currency Sparks

Sparks is the Service's internal virtual currency, used to pay for video generation and certain features. Sparks are not money, have no monetary value outside the Service, are not exchangeable for real money, and are acquired in packages or granted as part of a subscription. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the coloring pages, videos, books and images you create. By uploading content, you grant the Service a limited right to process it solely to provide the service — including sending it to our AI processing providers (Google, fal.ai) for that single purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains another party's intellectual property without permission, or is unlawful, offensive or harmful.

6. Service's intellectual property

The coloring sheets, design, logo and materials of the Service belong to PaperWorld3D. Free coloring sheets are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Premium coloring sheets are available only to active subscribers.

7. Storage of results

Finished videos are stored in your personal account for 90 days from creation. A reminder is sent to the email provided at registration 1 day before deletion. Please download important videos in advance. Source photos are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer needed — within 60 minutes for videos and books, and within 24 hours for photo → coloring page and stylization (that window exists only so you can try another style without re-uploading). Exact periods are listed in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account page. Past orders and payment records are kept in anonymized form for accounting purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific artistic result of generation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
